TECHNICAL:

Kit includes parts for all Rochester carburetors.
If you have a round shaft pump with a leather cup, you will need to purchase a complete pump separately.
Polish the pump bore with crocus cloth.
Add two drops of oil to the pump cup before installation, DO NOT soak your pump.

Note: There will be extra parts that you will not use.

APPLICATION:

For those Rochester B carburetor that don't have a carburetor number, this is the kit for you. No fuss, this kit will cover any Rochester B, BC, or BV.

He sends multiple gaskets, parts and detailed instructions with this kit. This is the ensure you’re parts are correct to finish the project. He makes sure you have all that is needed to fix your carburetor . I was rebuilding my dates CJ2 Jeep 1956. He was the ONLY one who had the parts for the carburetor. Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else. I’ll be back for more parts and we finish this projects.

I have attempted to rebuild several carburators in the past but this was definatly a way smoother process and the parts included were very good at covering all of the worn out parts. I did buy the add on and the universal kit. Felt bad to throw away all the extra gaskets. You really need to watch his youtube videos if you do this because he talks about several things in the video that are not easily understood by the manual. My disclaimer is I have not tested my carburator yet though, just rebuilt it and set it on the shelf for me to finish the distributor and starter next.

Received carb kit in just a couple days. Everything needed contained in the kit and high quality parts. Highly recommnended.. The only negative point is that the website is a little difficult to find things and a bit confusing

Rochester B carburetor rebuild
