this nylon brush assortment was perfect for my carter carbs rebuild. They cleaned all the passages in the carb base and idle circuits suggest buying with your kit.

Useful!

Makes cleaning the passages in those finicky quadrajokes a lot easier. Time consuming and a little pricey to do it right, but worth it.

This brush kit is a must for any rebuild! I used the various sizes to brush out every circuit!

amateur

Not cheap but very good and useful tools. My carbs somehow get older and older; they need deeper and more detailed work. I was surprised by the amount of crud in tubes. Surface wetting and emulsions matter.

Hesitation Fixed

My 1985 Jeep Wagoneer with Motorcraft 2150 carb was hesitating on acceleration. So I stripped it down, soaked in Simple Green HD Pro and used these brushes in every place I could. Now, no more hesitation. I highly recommend these brushes.

I ordered these along with a carb rebuild kit and some crocus cloth. The brushes were helpful and worked as needed for clearing jets, ports and other tight passages. They're plenty sturdy considering how small they need to be for the diameters of the passages for which they are intended to be used
