An RMA number is required for all returns.
You may request one via email ([email protected]) or through your account page.
Please read the following information before requesting an RMA:
We accept returns with the following terms:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Do not send parts in regular letter envelopes with stamps.
- Item must be in the same condition as when shipped, refunds will not be given for items with missing or damaged parts.
- Opened carburetor rebuild kits are NOT returnable. Small parts that have been opened but are still in new condition may be returned.
- 10% – 20% restocking fee may be charged on all returned items. A restock fee WILL be charged on any returned carburetor.
- We are not responsible for items that get lost in transit. Request a tracking number from the post office when you send your return.
- Wrong parts are the responsibility of the customer unless a carburetor number was provided, and it matches the product listing. When parts are matched up by picture it is assumed the old part was the correct part. That may not be the case.
- If for some reason we cannot accept the return, such as condition, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. We will dispose of item within 30 days.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- orders returned without an RMA or original invoice
- rebuild kits returned opened
- items returned in used/damaged condition
- carburetors returned with inadequate packaging
