TECHNICAL:

FLOAT: carb number 21100-13223 uses float FL106. The float used on the other carburetor numbers is no longer available

Apply 2 drops oil to pump cup before installing (do not soak!)
Polish bore with crocus cloth
Run a blunt tip object around the inside of the pump cup to break manufacturing seal
