Rebuild kit, made in the USA from high quality ethanol ready parts. Everything shown in the photo is included in the kit, additional parts may be purchased in the Aisan catalog.
To make sure you get the correct carburetor kit, please match your carburetor number with the list provided. This kit is good for the carburetor numbers listed only. No return on opened kits.

TECHNICAL: 

  • Carburetor numbers 21100-60191 and 8054S use float FL59, all other numbers covered by this kit use float FL111
  • Aisan technical page
  • Apply 2 drops oil to pump cup before installing (do not soak!)
  • Polish bore with crocus cloth
  • Run a blunt tip object around the inside of the pump cup to break manufacturing seal
Aisan Carburetor Kit
The Aisan was stamped somewhere on the body. Example: 21100-45034. The number is often gone. You can match the application if you are sure it is original. 8058, 21100-60191
