Pump: 2.40 overall length: 3/4 cup diameter

TECHNICAL:

Apply 2 drops of oil to leather cup.
Parts illustrated are included in this kit.
Fits AFBs w/wo dashpot. A dashpot looks like a 2nd accelerator pump located on the opposite side of the pump. There will be a raised area over the dashpot on the top.

This rebuild kit is as good as one can get today; it has most of what one would need to do a rebuild. The inclusion of a new dashpot umbrella to rebuild the existing piston is a good bonus, as most other kits tend to overlook the dashpot piston entirely. Installing that new umbrella does require skill beyond the do-it-yourself rebuilder, but its presence can help to make things easier to source out the installation. Everything else that applied to my specific model installed without issue. Inclusion of a complete dashpot piston, new jets, and new accelerator and dashpot check valves would really improve this kit; however, as-is, this kit was instrumental in a successful rebuild I recently completed, which would not have been possible without it. I'd recommend this kit to anyone wanting to do a rebuild as opposed to outright swap of carburetors.
