Carter AFB, 4 barrel carburetor, 8 cylinder accelerator pump.

FEATURES:

Leather cup
US manufactured
Ethanol ready

SPECS:

Overall length = 2.290" (when fully extended)
Cup diameter = 11/16"
Stem length = 1.87"

TECHNICAL:

apply a couple drops of oil to the cup before installing
do not soak pump
run a blunt object around the inside of the leather cup to break the protective sealer it may have
polish the pump bore with Crocus Cloth before installing pump
do not allow your pump to dry out

Exactly as my original!

This pump is the exact size as my original carter pump for my 1964 Imperial! Those generic carburetor kits on the market make their pumps too long. I'm very happy I was able to find exactly what I need

Sad to say but pump some how developed a burr on the tip an was sticking in the pump well not working so i oiled up an stretched the old one out an fixed the problem. Ty
