The kit had one flaw the accelerator pump is of poor quality. If you spray it with silicone while building so it doesn’t bind up it will grow the size of a quarter!! Had to buy a original pump with proper leather cup and check valve which the plastic one don’t have.Now it works perfect and don’t turn inside out like the old new pump did. MIKES: I'm sorry you had issues with the pump, this is not an issue we typically have with these unless it's a chemical reaction or the wrong pumps size is being used. In the future please contact us right away and we will help trouble shoot the issue. Thanks for your feedback

I have a 56 Olds that has been setting in storage for most of the last 30 years. It was in desperate need of a carburetor kit. I had originally purchased one from a local parts store. It helped. But it wasn't completely correct. The accelerator pump was the wrong size and that was the part I needed most. I found Mike's online and gave it a try. Perfect match. Car runs and idles beautiful. It is now my daily driver!
