When identifying your Carter carburetor, keep in mind:
- Carter uses a 3-4 digits number followed by an 's' (xxxS, xxxxS)
- Numbers that are part of the casting (raised) will not identify the carburetor.
- Numbers in the form of 0-, 3-, 6-, etc are casting marks for that particular part and won't identify the carburetor.
