Carter AVS, 4 barrel carburetor accelerator pump.

FEATURES:

Leather cup
US manufactured
Ethanol ready

SPECS:

Overall length = 2.290" (when fully extended)
Cup diameter = 13/16"
Stem length = 1.857"

TECHNICAL:

apply a couple drops of oil to the cup before installing
do not soak pump
run a blunt object around the inside of the leather cup to break the protective sealer it may have
polish the pump bore with Crocus Cloth before installing pump
do not allow your pump to dry out

Didn't use.

Didn't seem like it would fit as snug as my old one. So I just soaked the old plunger in atf for a couple of days and put it back in. It worked fine. Maybe I'll try the new one someday if I have to , it may work.
