Ford Tractor Carburetor Kit Marvel Schebler - TRK1010

As a "shade tree mechanic" it would have been good to have a cheat sheet to know what specific parts in the kit fit specific carbs. Knowing the history of this tractor, several questionable wrenchers have worked their magic over the years and some parts had been neglected. Regardless, I got the job done and the tractor runs better than ever!

I needed a full kit for my ford 641 carburetor instead of the basic kit I could find at my local parts dealer. The parts I ordered came it quicker than I thought they would and nothing was damaged during the delivery. It was a few days later that I rebuilt the carburetor so I was a little confused about how some of the parts were to be used. Thanks to the videos and the quality of the parts, everything went together as it should. Once on the tractor it fired right up and only needed some minor adjustments. I'm just a capable shade tree mechanic and needed to rebuild the carb on my 1958 Ford 641 Workmaster which is used on a regular basis. It had the original Marvel-Schebler with the cast iron body. Watching Mike's video while using the rebuild kit made the process very easy. The parts fit well. When finished the motor fired right up and ran way better than it did prior to the rebuild. I used the existing settings and then through a small bit of tweaking was able to get it to idle and run good. I am very satisfied and would recommend to this to a friend.

Received carb kit no problem but my application needed one more piece that did not come in the kit. Got with Mike thru email & he understood what I needed & shipped it right away. Can't thank him enough. Was dead in the water without it (the part) & Mike.
