Holley 2140, 4000, 4 barrel carburetor secondary diaphragm. Replace this diaphragm at rebuild time.

These do not normally included in the carburetor kits, but should be replaced when they become brittle, cracked, or otherwise leak. See #77 in the illustration.

Seems to be good quality. You must be careful when fitting this that the rubber does not get wrinkled or twisted on a screw. Mike's video shows the installation quite well.

Diaphragm was shipped in padded envelope which left the part creased and very difficult to install had to glue the diaphragm to the housing to be able to use it
