Carter YF lifter seal. This helps seal the lifter hole so that fuel doesn't spill down the shaft. There are 2 seals used here. A 1/16" (this one) and a thinner 1/64" seal.

APPLICATIONS:

You must match your carburetor number to get the correct part.

This fits very well, but since the new bowl gasket is thicker than the original, this gasket is not thick enough to keep fuel from leaking out if the bowl floods. I wish it was almost twice as thick.
