Stromberg BXVD-3, WW needle & seat assembly. There are 2 different needle & seats for this carburetor. The seat on this one has a male end on both ends. The other needle & seat uses a female end on the fuel inlet side.

Viton tip needle. Also includes the float to needle clip. This helps keep the needle from sticking.

APPLICATIONS:

You must match your carburetor number to get the correct part.

This is a very nice high quality needle and seat set. Not sure how long the rubber needle will last with today's fuels compared to the all metal ones. I would have given it a 5 star rating but this set up requires that the carburetor be opened and the float removed to attache the needle clip. The all metal needle can be cleaned and replaced without disassembly. Having to disassemble the carb and removing the float to install the needle/clip is very time consuming and risks gasket damage and is difficult when carb is installed in vehicle. Very nice idea to have the needle pulled during low fuel levels to reduce risk of a stuck needle, but the accessibility to the needle without carburetor disassembly is a major drawback. MIKES: While the clip is nice to have to help pull the needle out, it isn't required. These tips are viton and have shown to hold up without issue to ethanol. Thanks
