Sizes smallest to largest:
White (2 holes)
Blue (2 holes)
Red (2 holes)
Orange (2 holes)
Black (2 holes)
Green (2 holes)
Pink (3 holes)
Brown (1 hole)

The cam holes are used to secure the pump cam to the throttle shaft. Hole 1 is used for smaller camshafts with 800 RPM idle or less. Hole 2 is used on large camshafts with 900 RPM and over. Hole 2 retards the pump action by 5 degrees of throttle opening. Locations of the holes are marked on the cam.
