SECONDARY THROTTLE PLATE (CLOSURE)
1. With carburetor removed from engine, hold the secondary throttle closed.
2. Turn secondary throttle shaft lever adjusting screw (stop screw) out (counterclockwise) until secondary throttle plates seat in the throttle bores.
3. Turn screw in clockwise until screw just contacts secondary lever, then turn screw in (clockwise) a
maximum of 1/4 turn.
