Bought this for my 70 chevy pickup with an 350 and an aftermarket manifold and the original Q-jet. With some minor modifications to the mounting base it works great. I'm sure it would fit and work well with a stock manifold also.

Installed on 69 L78 396 with a Holley 780 ( 4346 list ) This engine was upgraded to a Edelbrock air gap intake with no provision for a divorced choke. I fabricated a simple bracket off the middle valve cover bolt which the choke is attached to. I had to modify the choke assembly somewhat to allow proper alignment but it functions well. If the original intake was still installed I feel the choke would have fit with no modification.

Good quality, but it didn't fit.

The electric choke did not fit my intake manifold and carburetor setup, even though my carburetor's part number was on the list for that kit. The lever arm would need to be much longer. So I had to return the kit. It's too bad, because it looks to be very good quality. Mike's Carburetor provides very useful online videos.
