Remaking secondary stop

I like the quality of this verses stock plastic one but I had to turn down the diameter to fit through the cold idle lever then had to take a lot of material off the back to allow clearance for cold idle screw to pass by the part. This is very tricky so as not to remove too much because the screw contacting the stop is what holds the cold idle firm so it doesn’t vibrate out. So great idea but needed a lot of work done on it to be able to use it

Had to grind down the head bit to let the fast idle screw get by, otherwise did the job.

Secondary Closeing Pin

Gerat and sollid replacement for the fragile OEM plastic pin. Would recomend this replacement even if the original Pin ist not broken.

Good replacement for brittle plastic piece on the carb. I had to file down the top of the pin a little for the adjustment screw to easily fit, and I would recommend running a tap through once to pin is installed to make sure everything fits easily.
