Needle and seat assemblies for the Aisan carburetor can be found below. All of these are ethanol ready with viton tips. Use the one designed for your carburetor, these are not meant to be swapped around.
Which one do you need?
Match your carburetor number to be sure (21100-xxxxx). Otherwise, compare the existing assembly carefully to our product photos.
Technical tips
Use the included float clip when possible to help prevent needle sticking.
Stick needle? Use some mineral spirits on a paper towel and clean the viton tip until no more black residue appears
Be very careful when adjusting the float not to put pressure on the needle, a damaged needle can lead to carburetor flooding
