This carburetor is a fantastic replacement carburetor for replacing several single barrel applications. In my case, it replaced the factory Zenith carb on my 1959 GMC. My OE carb needed a hard part that was going to take awhile to get. I decided to try this replacement, thinking I may be wasting my money? I was very wrong. This dude out of the box, started the truck at a low idle. A 1/4 turn on the idle mixture screw and it was perfect. The adjustable main jet let's it be used on multiple applications and it is compatible with E-10 fuels. This is important if you live in the Midwest. Now the OE old one is rebuilt with a Mike's kit and sitting in the new carbs box.
