Carburetor throttle & choke valve replacement screws.

INCLUDES:

Fits most carburetors including Holley 4 barrel. Included is a set of 8 of each size.

TECHNICAL:
To avoid breaking the old screw.

• Grind off the threaded end to get any mushroom off. A dremel tool is good for this and the vibration will help break the screw loose.
  
• Use a good screwdriver.
  
• If the screw doesn't break loose easily, or gets stuck on the way out, screw it back in and try again.
  
• You can also try a little heat around the outside of the screw.
  
• Take your time. These small screws break easily.
• Install the new screw using locktite (blue). You do not need to mushroom the threaded end.
  

If you break a screw.

• Start with a small drill bit (maybe a #4)
• Drill in the center
• Work up to a size just shy of the screw size.
• If you are careful the old screw will eventually wrap around the bit and come out, saving you from tapping the hole.
