Rochester E2SE, 2 barrel carburetor choke pull-off. Rebuilt in the US.

TECHNICAL:

These are tested differently from other pull-offs.

Yes this unit does have a bleed hole in the top of the unit on the side of the adjusting screw. You cannot see the hole as it is covered with a fiber filter and covered with a press in steel cover. It will take several inches of vacuum to pull it up and a hand pump may not be enough.
