Clip assortment for hooking the needle and seat assembly to the float.

These are used on many different carburetors, this set comes with 1 each of the 4 most common clips.

These clips help pull the needle out of the seat as the float drops to provide more accurate fuel flow. Gas has lower lubrication than it use to and the viton tip needles have a tendency to stick, especially when new.

cured flooding problem

Clip works fine, no idea which one i needed to use since the old one was missing, but the assortment made it easy to make one work (pinched with needle nose plyers). Tip - use a magnetic tool so as not to drop into the carb as these things are tiny to work with, especially if you're not taking the carb off.

Clips

Had my carb rebuilt by carb shop years ago. Had float stick recently, so opened up carb and noticed no float valves were installed. These clips solved that problem.

Just what the carb doctor prescribed

I threw away the clips that hold the needle to the float when I was recently rebuilding my Autolite 4100. I incorrectly assumed these would be included in the kit I purchased from a major auto parts retailer. My mistake. Called Mike's and a pleasant young lady told me what I needed to order and how much they cost. Done, and they arrived in the mail within a few days. Fit perfectly. Mistake corrected.
