I am an owner of a 1965 Dodge Dart with an original Hi-Po 273 w/ the 3854s Carter AFB for 17 years. The car started running a little rough, and I knew that it was time to rebuild the carb. I was told by friends that I should just get a new carb, as I had been looking all over for a carburetor rebuild kit with very little success. After I came across Mike's Carburetor Parts, and realized the reasonable price, I decided to go the rebuild route. Having never rebuilt a carb myself, the instructions that came with the kit, the AWESOME assistance of my new Step-Dad Rick, and the YouTube videos posted by Mike made this worrisome project very seamless and educational. I plan on purchasing another kit for Future rebuilding. Everything was in the kit that was needed. Thank you so much for offering such wonderful services and products!!

Worked good. All necessary parts were there and fit properly. Gaskets fit quite well. Carb is a 64 MoPar unit and runs fine.

Appreciated the tech advice on selecting the correct p/n. Kit was priced right, shipped fast and included all the needed gaskets & hard parts, sans the aircleaner-to-carb gasket. (ordered one from Fel-Pro) The GTX roared to life and once again runs great... Thanks!

Purchaser

I ordered the Carter AFB 4 bbl Carburetor Kit 1964-67. I navigated to the kit by clicking on the Marine Link, but the kit does not include the seal for the marine accelerator pump shaft seal. The shaft seal & retainer are an important part of a marine carburetor. I found the marine accelerator pump with seal & retainer on your site for another $20. Otherwise, it is a nice kit.
