FLOODING AT 1ST START, OR SUBSEQUENT RUNNING.
FLOODING, OR FUEL RUNNING OUT OF THE CARBURETOR IS CAUSED BY DIRT, OR FOREIGN PARTICLES FROM THE FUEL TANK, OR FUEL LINES GETTING INTO THE CARBURETOR.
DO NOT USE TEFLON TAPE ON THE INLET. THIS WILL GET INTO THE CARBURETOR.
TRY TAPPING ON THE CARBURETOR NEAR THE FUEL INLET TO DISLODGE ANY FOREIGN MATERIAL. BLOWING COMPRESSED AIR INTO THE FUEL INLET MAY ALSO CLEAR ANY OBJECT.
FLOODING CAN ALSO BE CAUSE BY A BAD FUEL PUMP, OR AN ELECTRIC PUMP WITHOUT A REGULATOR.
This carburetor is tested before shipping. Each carburetor is checked inside and out for proper installation and specifications (i.e. float setting) before shipping.
WARRANTY IS VOIDED BECAUSE OF DIRT, OR CARBURETOR IS OPENED UP.
