How quickly will my order ship?
We ship Monday-Friday (except for USPS holidays) until 11:30 AM Pacific. All orders received prior to that time will be shipped the same day.
How much is shipping?
When you check out online you will be given several shipping options with the corresponding prices and approximate ship times. We offer shipping through the United States Postal Service and UPS. The most economical option for most items is USPS 1st class mail which is approximately $5.00 and generally arrives within 5 business days. Details regarding domestic and international shipping can be found here.
When will my order arrive?
For domestic shipping we offer USPS Priority Mail, and UPS including 2nd Day and Overnight. All UPS shipping times are business day only. If you order overnight on Friday, you will not receive your package until Monday. The USPS is fairly reliable at getting your package to you in 3 business days with priority mail, but this is not a guarantee.
Can I track my order?
When we have shipped your order you will receive an email with the tracking number. Tracking will not be available on most packages until the following morning so please be patient.
I have received my order and now I have a technical question, how do I contact you?
All technical questions should be submitted via email to [email protected]. This is the most efficient way for you to get reliable information quickly. Photos are generally helpful, please include a precise description of the problem or question as well as your contact information.
I ordered the wrong part, how do I return it?
We accept returns on UNOPENED kits within 30 days of your order. All other parts may be returned within 30 days as long as they have not been installed or altered in any way. You must include a copy of your original invoice or contact information including your order number. Returns that include opened kits, parts from orders more than 30 days old, or without order numbers will not be refunded. Items lost or damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging will not be given a refund, please return items in the original packaging, you are responsible for return shipping. A 10% restocking fee may be deducted before your refund is issued.
I believe you sent me the wrong item or there are missing items, what should I do?
Unfortunately mistakes are made. If something is missing from your order or you have received the wrong item please call or email us and we will correct the problem immediately. We may request that you return the incorrect part to us using a prepaid return label that we provide.
