Carter BBS Carburetor Repair Kit - K4055

Man was I stoked to find Mikes on the web, had everything I needed and more to get my Carter running after sitting idle for some 9 years on my found in the bush .066 Dodge D200 with a slant 6. Fast shipping and great customer service, cant go wrong!

Very good quality parts and very complete. My carb for rebuild was already missing parts and pieces but the instruction sheet was adequate. Mike, I would like another video on the BBS rebuild showing the accel pump in detail. I had trouble with the checkball (any trick?) and my original piston pump rod was of an odd design with a spring "keeper" installed. Again, this carb was in bad shape to begin with. Don'y forget to order throttle body bushings with this kit.

the kit did the job as expected gaskets are the right size and shape and the ckeck balls were there too

Kit came quickly and well packaged. Had to reuse a small washer that the kit didn't have exactly the same and not all gaskets identical to original but they did work. Problem is, with the rebuilt carb on, the car now hesitates. Adjustments are dead on as is ignition, but still hesitation.

Kit can as illustrated on web site. Gasket body base to body top gasket needed trimming modification by removing excess tab to exactly match my carb. Otherwise excellent.
